Bookshop Day 2026: Open Mic for Book Lovers

This #BookshopDay 2026 is going to be like no other for Diavazo Greek Books - and hopefully one of many.

We love talking about books, and everyone’s love of books is personal. So I decided to invite you to take the stage and share your favourite book with us and other fellow booklovers. What better way to celebrate Bookshop Day?

Saturday 10 October 2026

Start at 15:00, doors at 14:45. Limited access will be provided, and there will be a person at the door just for check-in, so please be on time.

Refreshments provided, but BYOB is also encouraged.

Terms & Conditions

• 2-3 min presentation in English. It can be in any form: standard, spoken word, song, poem, anything.
• The chosen book can be in any language.
• The chosen book cannot be a book you have written.
• If you are an author, feel free to say that and let people know about any books you may have written.
