You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In original packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

2. Get Return Label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging
4. Ship It: Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location
5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be applied to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
